Blend lines in pictures when you are making a blend, without cutting to picture, in adobe photoshop, how do you make the line dividing the two pictures to blend in with each other. Please help!! Please!!

All you have to do is experiment with layer mask. First select the layer you want the effect on. Go to Layer -> Layer Mask -> Reveal All. Select the gradient  tool with white and black and start experimenting. Black dignifies transparency, while white keeps the layer opaque. Mess with that for awhile and see how you can make it work for you. You can use the different gradient types (radial, star, ect,) for different outcomes. Good luck =]

ok, whats the gradient tool, lol is it that square box, with the two colors in it, and if it is, i tried that it doesn't work!! I need help!!

Make sure you have white and black selected as your foreground and background colors, that's the only way this technique works.

I circled the gradient tool in red and the foreground/background color selector in blue:
