you share the IP with Asrack i suppose? It's probably dynamic then, since Asrack gave me a different IP. Dynamic ips are useless here..

Asrack can't host anymore, my ip was the last ip that could host on our router, we can't change it anymore because my dad set a password on the Router.

I guess you're talking about internal ips. These are not shown to the outside world. Asrack and you have the same external ip as long as you are behind the same router.

www.whatismyip.com will getcha your external IP, but the best thing to prevent your IP from changing so much is to physically keep your router turned on. Each time your router reestablishes a connection, it has the chance of changing its dynamic IP (with most routers) and that's most likely what's happening to you.

I have DSL so whenever I turn of my pc, my internet connection turns off, so whenever I turn off my internet connection and then turn it back on, IP changes.

the fact that it turns of when you switch your pc of has nothing to do with the DSL connection itself. it is caused by your USB modem, which is powered by your computer. A lot of people have modems/routers that connect with a regular tcp/ip network cable to the PC. These get their power directly from a wall socket, and can stay on all the time.
