Sprite rotation tool

Hello everyone. I haven't been modding lierox for quite some time now. Must have been about 5 years now. :D
Anyways back in the days, still on the gaming universe forums someone made a simple sprite rotation tool, and I am wondering if anyone still has that or could point me in that direction. I have been searching google, but could only find a tool that creates a square image instead of putting everything in one line.
So I would be grateful if anyone still has that.

No, they were created long ago so you can forget about 64-bit versions.

Use VMWare or VirtualBox to create a virtual machine with Windows XP or Windows 98 installed on it, so you can play with some old software inside your new machine.

You can also buy a megapowerful Windows 7 version, like Ultimate, if you have a processor that supports the Windows XP mode, I think, but its's the more expensive way.
