I will update the rules this evening! Since there is 17 registered players, the whole tournament will take place on sunday. The last one to register, Khan will be the first person on the waiting list, since I won't bother to make prelimenary rounds with just one person more then perfect set-up. I'm guessing there's gonna be a couple of no-shows, so more people can be added to the waiting list if they want to.

The draw will be friday at 8pm GMT.
