And

If neither one makes the first goal it's a draw and then we Finns can consider that as a win.
Simple logic indeed.

Yeah yeah yeah, Finnos.

Sweden made an average/pretty bad game. Anyway 3 points - as expected.

And your "new and fresh" team actually did a better game this time, but still lack
the focus and technique in the last 1/3 of the pitch.
Finland will be a good football nation in the future, that I'm sure of.

Okay.

When I arrived to the Helsinki railwaystation, it was immediately clear that there is a feeling of a big sport fest. No wonder, same time in Harwall Arena was played NHL premiere Anaheim Ducks vs. Buffalo Sabres. So I spotted many Teemu Selänne -shirts and so on. But pretty fast after approaching the railway station I noticed that swedish supporters have quite captured the station.

The march of Fin's supporters began something like 17.30 pm from the Narinkkatori. My train arrived to Helsinki same time, so wasn't able to be there from the beginning of the march. Well after some walking to the Helsinki Olympiastadion I heard some bombs banging and fans singing. And there they were, the finnish national team supporters! And guess what, enclosed by riot polices. Of course I joined there since I'm part of the national team supporters. It was indeed very interesting. I have to say that I've never seen as much polices and riot polices in Finland's football match. Perhaps Finnish supporters are a threat to safety nowadays then... heh.

Before the match even started actually, the first red torch was set off in our public gallery and was threw to the running mount. Also some bombs bang too. It's pretty embarrassing how they manage to get those forbidden things to the public gallery, since for example my bag was explored very strict.

The atmosphere in the match was great, we sang whole match even in 0-2 losing situation. There were thousands of swe supporters too, and they were pretty loud too. Though after Toivio's 1-2 goal to the end they were pretty quiet and our public gallery was in flames.

About the game, Finland was overall better, but they just failed in scoring and gave two too easy goals for Sweden. Zlatan sucked, though his card was a mistake from referee. I was pretty surprised how passive Sweden anyway was.

The weather was annoying. I was without jacket there so imagine my great seven hour return trip back to my place... I reserve a permission to call myself as iron man if I'm not ill next week.

However, as an experience that was one of the greatest I've had. I'm not pissed of Fin's loss, because we really aren't a football country. And we actually played well against Sweden. But development last one year with Mixu Paatelainen has been damn positive. Maybe some day. Maybe.

Can't know when the next FIN-SWE football match in qualifcations, EURO (heh) or WC (big heh) is. But it's possible that not gonna happen for 10, 20 or even 50 years.

SorZ, Luffy, Lodur. Shame on you. You guys just missed too much.

lolz, germany against turkey is almost a derby these days thanks to german immigration policy.

as for finland, i really see light at the end of the tunnel - mostly due to our fresh midfield partnership eremenko-ring. add there dalla valle, ojala whoever and we're good to go

You should try to behave so they wouldn't need the police, you damned hooligan anarchist morons. Why do you care about football (soccer) in Finland anyway? Are you a bit stupid?

Heh, it's always funny to see posts and thoughts of this issue from a person who doesn't know a shit about this.

But you are not exception. Too many people seem to swallow that bullshit that newspaper writes of us "hooligans".

Now seriously, what makes us hooligans? Have we acted aggressive as a group? Have we started fights in the public gallery? Have we caused injuries and deaths?

Lights on please.

And about caring football.. I always thought you're somehow mature, but your last two sentences are just absurd, and just shows stupidity. Why shouldn't I care of the sport that is most played in the world? It's a damn great sport which unites nations and people.

If the police is needed in there somewhere I'd think that would mean that you can't behave.

Silly reason. :P

And I gotta agree with Sak on this:
Quote from: Sakmongkol

From Wikipedia.org, we have:
Quote from: Wikipedia.org
Hooliganism refers to unruly, destructive, aggressive and bullying behaviour. Such behaviour is commonly associated with sports fans. The term can also apply to general rowdy behaviour and vandalism, often under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
And personally speaking, I think there are other ways to show some kind of gratitude or entertainment towards a sport than acting like a total asshole, provoking others and making the sport itself look really sucky because some people just have to go over the extraordinary.

There was this Ice hockey match I was watching, and my team was leading at first, but the opponents changed the set quite nearly at the end. Then the audiance started to throw things into the ice rink, ****ing ruining the rules of the game, spitting the opponents in their faces for their ''good effort''.
That sucked, lol.

With this, I'm not saying that if Thor is (or not) one of these people, doesn't mean he's exactly the same. However, protecting these ****ers, I see no value in.
