I'm using Notepad for this.
Firstly i can't find the Game Compiler anywhere. Please give me the link.

When i save my projectilefile (for "EpicRifle") it makes the .txt file to a .png file. is that normal and if it isn't is there a way to prevent that from happening. (it's Pixel, not image)

i checked those all before and why should i use LMS if i have a notepad??

Well, making mods with LMS is way easier.
And there's a link to Game Compiler (GC) I think that helped you at someway. ;)

And if you're saving it on notepad, just press "Save as.." and remember to check that it is "textfile" (.txt). If not you can always change it after if you have file extensions showing by changing the ".jpg/jpeg." part to ".txt".

Google is your friend when it comes to normal geekish windows stuff Hawky boy.

theres also somekind of wierd classic txt files where you can mostly copy all the weapons, and get information bout "projectiles" etc
