The scenery is quite pretty on your pictures, but you are making one bad mistake. Bad cropping.

But aren't rules made to be broken? Besides, I can see some rough applications of the rule of thirds, for instance in the 'Paradise' picture.

But then again, I don't understand anything about photography, or visual arts in general. Those pictures look nice enough to me.

Well that is just the thing why i chosed these pictures, so that you can give some critisism of em. Im a 24h/7 full photography nerd so obviously i know the rule of thirds etc.
But what you didnt mention is the most common photography-naablet's mistake, wich is to leave things into the picture that it doesnt need, exmp. first picture -> that woody thing. Ad in the second picturer i may crop some of that brownish water on the bottom, but not too much! Because picture must have a ground where it can be builded, otherwise it looks dumb.
