First of all, your argumentation is pretty weak , and based on nothing other then your subjective experience. If you really want to contribute to this game's development you should make inferences from the actual experiences of new players. Not how you wish they would experience the game.

I started out with mortars for example, and it's a great way to learn the basic skills of the game, and also gain some confidence bacause you get the occational lucky kill. In the classic and rifle modes I never even got one kill, and that's not exactly motivating.
I do think though, that there should be more information and guides for new players explaining the magic of the classic mod's.

Also old players should be better to welcome new players to the community. I for example made the transition after some really nice games with sorz right after I started playing, where he really took the time to teach me the basics I needed to know without being an arrogant bastard, wich a lot of other "old players" were at that time in my opinion. Out of all the other new players I've talked to I think I am the only one playing classic and rifle and that's kind of sad.

Also, if you want to present yourself as an adult, you should check your spelling and phrasing.  ;)

I agree with Janko.

Furthermore i feel this air of supremity over newcomers in relation to the duration that one has played in this game creates a certain atmosphere of anomosity that many new player do not appreciate one bit. I feel in order to encourage a steady growth of this game we need to respect newer players and help them with the game rather than shun them to one side on some false premise of unfounded authority. In addition I feel that many of the perputrators of this code of superiority can be found in a certain clan that like to call itself annuit Coeptis. Although not protruding to ceratin characters I am sure that such an established clan would prefer it if new competition was to arise. Counter intuitevly said clan, as mentioned, are probably some of the greatest perpetuators of said atmosphere and as aforementioned I believe certain steps to establish a loving and nurturing nature must be accentuated by these established clans, namely Emp, aC and R.

Still mortars won't do good for this game. It destroys this and [Emp]-campers have a very big role in this. Like I've said, someone powerful guy (albert?) should decline the opportunity of playing mortars. If that happened, the newcomers would straight come to classic/multimod servers and also they would develop their gaming better and better and for sure they would have a lot more funnier games.

Nowadays they just are going to be in the future just like [Emp]-nabs are now: mortarnoobs, who are damn "good" aircampers!

To sum up some of the opinions so far:

- Thor thinks morts are dumb and because of Emps mortrs still exists and therefore LX is inactive.

- Janko is like sankomolo, talks alot and the message is very unclear. But he said that he wants more new players so gg I like that part what you said.

- Poopboy tries to tell us all that oldies dont have the rights to call themselves superiors. When I started LX ~5-6 years ago I took critic all the time no matter what but instead of whining about it in LXA I did something about it ( READ: DIDN'T PLAY MORTS ALL DAY LONG ) and became one of the best.

I do believe mortars bring new players interest because its VERY easy to learn, easy to play and requires no skill and talent at all. But players get stuck in that phase usually for example love, sylv, adi and xanadu. They can play mortars but in other sets all they can count on is livesaving and random hits.

The thing that personally disgusts me the most is that in a mod that certain characters, whom i mentioned previously, do not like simply because it was created not by them but by the real players of liero and also a mod that they themselves do not know how to play. I believe this arose because they failed to appreciate the mod when it started out and never really got the grasp of it. Instead of admitting they are noobs to the mod they simply come up with their own excuses and just deny the problem ever happening. As a famous philosopher once said, if you are not willing to sit down and play the game of chess then you can not be beaten by the opposing player.

Calling Emp a noob clan is ridiculous. Firstly Thor you havent played for the last year or two and this clan has done more for Liero than your elitist clan has ever done. Who actually facilitates the newcomers with dedicated servers? I dont see aC doing it, (the answer is Flesk ofcourse). So when it comes to actually helping the community i believe Emp has done more for it than aC. All you do is sit on your pedestal of arrogant self-importance and shout at people below you feeling you actually have some form of power and control. If you want to be respected then do something for the game, dont think just because you played it for a long time that you have any superiority especially as many Emp members have played it for as long and even longer than many of aC has.

Can I also add that if we want to bring this oh im so old, i started playing the game well over 6 years ago and i started before mortars was created. So lets not start this crap and please cut your fascination with poop its just degrading to your character.

Edit: As for the members of Emp that you mentioned i think they are allowed to play the mods that they enjoy, as to them being stuck in one mod that is a falsehood as we have all played all the mods that the game has to offer and they can all play them at an expert level. Dont talk about lifesaving when you play the way you do Lodur, all anyway has to do is look at the screenshots and see that you die with less damage and more lives spending most of the game not even moving from one spot.

Edit 2: And if mortars is so easy to play then why can all of our players defeat your clan 1vs2, 1vs3 and i bet 1vs4? (And at the same time rarely ever lose a mortar game?).

Edit 3: Im going to bed.

Playing mortars, especially playing lame them, like you and your "elite" clan does nothing but negative to this game, so I think you and your newbie mortar clan is nothing to say to actually anybody that you have done anything positive to this game.

Did you madboe by the way know, that back then, when mortars were cool, we supposed to play with a fair style without huge aircamping what your clan does in every single clanwar?

Oh, you weren't even heard of a game called LieroXtreme back then. I understand.

Edit 3: Im going to bed.

Good decision. Everyone sees that you need to get rest. Maybe you'll think clear tomorrow again. :)
