- Only Generals and Colonels can recruit- New recruits are taken as Apprentice for trial period, they advance to Private once they have played 10 games with a General- Only Officers can cw (App, Pvt, Cpl, Sgt = Enlisted ranks; Ltn, Cpt, Col, Gen = Officer ranks)- Ranking up in Enlisted ranks requires given number of rounds with a General- Ranking up in Officer ranks requires given number of cw wins- Generals reserve the right to promote/demote, within reason, any member

To become an officer, you need to have won some CW's. But to participate in CW's, you need to be an officer.Somehow, i feel sorry for Insipid now..
Sakmongkol's got the right idea!I tried to simplify this overly-complex system as best I could, haha.Ranking up in the "Enlisted" ranks takes just playing rounds with a general (basically activity).Ranking up as an "Officer" takes winning cw's. We also reserved the right to promote/demote as we deem fit (we're not going to be dbags about it ofcourse, just able to promote people who've shown good effort and demote people who've been dbags).Edit: Atum, sure you can join!
To late gig xD
