In my eyes this song doesn't sound so different to global house stuff, nothing which sticks to ur ears. Were there some more cool bands or singers?

IMO Loreen's Euphoria was the only one of the songs which was a bit different compared to others in a very good way.

But yeah, not a very special song. It will be heard in nightclubs this summer but after it the hype will subside.

Isn't that the way with pretty much every song these days ? It was good good melody and also nice voice. There were few more decent songs then many many bad songs.  I also liked Italy and Cyprus. Russia was just annoying, hated that.
