Anyways, only emos cut their wrists. Wrists really aren't a sensible place, not really fleshy enough.

(I'm emo in every sense other than my dress sense)

Did you know that some one made me promise not to commit suicide the other day? Jeez, like I'm that depressed.

Also, about sleep. I did some research on sleep last year. Apparetly a lack of sleep makes you depressed and being depressed gives you a lack of sleep. Sleep really is a fascinating subject.

Eat some sweets - when I was writing my diploma I ate like half-kilo or more of sweet cake per day, and farted hard ;D (and ate garlic to fart less - it helps greatly, though you stink from another hole then :D ). I hated that diploma so much that I haven't got any belly after such abuse to my body.
I was listening to Rammstein then - it helps you to do mindlessly the work you dislike.

Other then that, i sometimes go out by myself to enjoy the good weather and the quiet landscape! Take a deep breath of fresh air ;)
Ofcourse, that only works if you live close to 'quiet landscape' and when the weather is good.

I either write lyrics or i listen to music..
Im usually on Computer or on phone talking about my problems.. Usually talking helps
I've been down for the last seven days.. Just struggling :p
Or I play LX.. Sometimes it takes my mind off all the scheisse i've been through lately.

Here i would like to as a question to everyone: Why do some people ( me ) think stuff they ( I ) should of dropped months or even years ago? And i still get that aggressive and depressed feeling. :p

One thing that is going to help you deal with any multitude of thoughts and feelings is the realisation that you are free to roam wherever you please inside your own head. Learning to explore your thoughts and feelings rather than wondering why they're there is the only way you're going to deal with them.

You are not a captive inside your head, you should be getting freaked out going ''why am I feeling this way arrgh''.

As most have said, it's usually music. Sometimes just thinking of the stuff and finding solutions (which I never use so yeah...) helps.

I usually don't do anything except think about it. That usually turns it into anger which I professionally keep inside. I don't talk to people about it because I'm not one to talk to people about these things. Sometimes music, but only rarely.

hmmm when I'm down I just behave very angry to people so they won't disturb me with unimportant questions... :-[it doesn't help, really, but after a while forced thinking about poor little children in Africa, I open my eyes and think about my great situation, it could have been zo much different you know.. that actually because of some weird reason does help me, i usually run downstairs immediatly and apologize to everyone for my angry behaviour :P

and...yeh music :)

When I am pissed of or feel down I usually punch my punching bag and/or workout, such as running or lifting weights. And listening to music while working out helps too.

I try to appreciate the feeling while it lasts, because I've found that lately it's been coming to me more and more rarely, so when I finally feel down I treasure it, because when I look at it in retrospectivity, I'm fond of the times I feel down and spend by myself, and I miss them when they're not there. There's soemthing special about rolling around in one's own self-pity, and unless it's done in extreme amounts, I personally think it's just healthy, and I always feel good about such periods when they're over.

I used to hate running as well. But after I started really tring, I've found that there's no feeling like the one you got after running 10000 metres. I only run on tracks though as regular roads and stuff would only ruin my legs.

But not always, sometimes I feel that life sucks and my brother rocks... THAT'S JUST SO SAD! :(

i go ride my mountainbike. i can let my aggressions and feelings out when im doing this. and when ive done with it all my body hurts and im totaly exhausted so i can sleep very well =)

I either:
-Listen to music (disturbed or trance)
-Sleep
-Take a shower (or if your a bath person take a bath ;))
-Watch a funny movie
-Play with my Dog (seems abnormal but helps the stress relief... it's running after all)
-Push ups or exercise (At least we get something good out of it :P)
-Play a game (make sure you are pro at it, losing may provoke more anger XD)
-Go to the park and go on the swings :D (im such a lil kid =.=")
-Draw.
