Title: Member Rankings
Post by: Purplehaze on February 14, 2006, 03:07:30 am
Me and Spec were thinkin of having member rankings.

They will possibly go in this order, from highest to not so highest rank:
{oOo} = Leader
[oOo] = Senior
(oOo) = Respected
|oOo| = Teh newbers (are trial or bare-minimal skill leveled members)

Never mind any of this, it was a horrible idea =]

Yes dude that would make things run much smoother in oOo. Btw we need to CW with Osp again sometime

EDIT: You forgot coleader dude, and uh the only person i can think of who should be coleader is robin but we gotta discuss that with spec b4 any changes are made.

We got the picture bomby =]

I think people may be interpreting this the wrong way, so what I'm gonna say lets just scratch this whole idea. Too much confusion and not enough organization.

Hm, I think that this system could work if you have around 30 players in your clan.
But if you would apply it now, it would look like total disorder. There should be a difference between trials and full members, but that's the only, according to me.

Why would u do this? Creating order. Compare this with the army.
They have rankings cause there would be disorder if 1 leader would be responsible for 600 men. They created rankings, so that every soldier could be followed up by a higher instance.

(I'm sorry for my english :), but i hope it's clear)

Just my opinion.  ;)

Exactly Plasma, disorder was what we were trying to solve by this. Things got out of hand with CWs, and many members thought they had power that they actually didn't. If oOo continues to grow in both skill and member size, maybe we can stick to just co-leader and trial tags. And your english is great btw  :)

if we had more then 3 active members, then maybe it would work. ill keep it in the forums so in case we do get a 30 member, out of control clan, we can use it.  :D
