So, this is my first level I have made.
I used paint and photoshop to make it and it took about 6 hours in total to make this level. I hope you enjoy!

I wonder why noone uses Filebase to upload their maps. Would be so much easier for everyone (both the downloaders and the uploaders). And automatic download would also work in OLX.

Actually, I uploaded to filebase but looks like it takes something like 1week before it gets there.

Hm, yea, this is a bad thing. I will talk to DC about this. They should appear immediatly and if it was some abuse, some admin can remove them later on.

Okay first of all this seem to be a great level =) IDk anything about the gameplay so i aint gonna whine about it either.

I got 1/2 things that i don't like about it. Not that they ruin the level totally but for me they pool it down.
The background mountain and sky dont fit with the rest off your level. I think you should created them with photoshop or paint.. PS: there are plenty of sky and mountain brushes out there if you fail to do them manualy.
Second one is well not that much off a issue, but it still annoys me I would like to see some more depth in the level. Like another stack of gold behind the other. I think that would make the level look a LOT better.

Yep, that is true, didn't think about that while making level =D

I think that this isn't so big problem, and imo background fits this level pretty good.

Anyways go to check this level in game to see if it's any good  And ty for constructive feedback.

Yeah, me neither but thats why I blurred mountains little bit and made it look more like painted. Also, every texture in this map is made of real life photo, except some little details like lanterns.

It looks great on the preview but the uploaded .lxl file seems to be damaged
in some way. When I try to play the level 0.58 gives me error message that the
level can't be loaded and 0.57 just gives me a black screen.

Why is this?

Hmm, I tested downloading level from that link and everything seems fine.

You might have downloaded level ingame before. If you have done that, it causes these errors since this level isn't yet in filebase. To fix these errors you have to locate another OpenLieroX folder which should be somewhere in "My Documents" folder. From that folder you have to remove empty Warriors Stronghold file. Or you could try playing this level on 0.56.

If it's not that problem, I don't know what it is. Maybe you should try to download level again. And if still not working, I could upload it to another site.

On MacOSX, the folder is ~/Library/Application Support/OpenLieroX/levels.
