I frequently get errors on filebase, mostly relating to trying to upload pictures for files. It always says "contact admin" but it is unclear who this is. Does anyone know who the admin for filebase is?

But I have no idea how to fix any errors. As Ruki said - you should ask Loop (well, I will tell him about it) and he will fix it. He created it from scratches, so he should know everything about it.

ps: 2 reminders: for images use jpg, gif or png and small images... 160x120 would be perfect.

I am teh mighty admin 'cuz I know password mwahaha! Though I dunno how to fix that weird PHP scripts, maybe if you'll post the exact error message, or how to reproduce the error.
BTW I've recently uploaded there all files from Gigus level pack and Ultimate Mod Pack 2, and with Beta6 you can download mods also. All that files have empty description and no pics though.
